1. Introduction
Welcome to Momentum Health Clinic. By booking or attending an appointment, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all services, including chiropractic care, sports massage, and dry needling.
Momentum Health Clinic operates within England & Wales, and all agreements are governed by the laws of this jurisdiction.
2. Services Provided
We offer:
• Chiropractic assessment and treatment
• Sports massage therapy
• Dry needling
All services are delivered by qualified practitioners. Treatment plans are tailored individually, and results may vary between clients.
3. Booking Appointments
Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.
Clients must provide accurate personal and medical information to ensure safe and appropriate care.
4. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy
Please respect our time and other clients by adhering to the following:
• 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee equal to 50% of the appointment cost.
• No-shows are charged at 100% of the appointment cost.
• If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but your session may need to be shortened to avoid impacting the next client. The full fee still applies.
These policies allow us to keep the clinic running efficiently and fairly.
5. Payment Terms
• We currently accept card and cash payments in person.
• All payments are due at the time of the appointment.
• In the future, the clinic may introduce a booking deposit system; if so, these Terms & Conditions will be updated.
6. Client Responsibilities
For your safety and the effectiveness of your treatment, you agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete medical information.
• Inform your practitioner of any changes in your health, medications, or injuries.
• Follow home-care advice where applicable.
• Disclose if you are pregnant, have medical implants, or have conditions that may affect treatment suitability.
7. Practitioner Rights
Momentum Health Clinic practitioners reserve the right to:
• Decline or discontinue treatment if it is unsafe or inappropriate.
• Refuse treatment in cases of inappropriate behaviour, intoxication, or breach of clinic policies.
• Modify or adapt treatment techniques based on clinical judgement.
8. Health & Safety
While every effort is made to ensure safe practice, some techniques (including chiropractic adjustments and dry needling) may carry minor risks such as soreness, bruising, or temporary discomfort. These will be explained during your consultation.
You are encouraged to ask questions at any time.
9. Liability
Momentum Health Clinic is not liable for:
• Failure to follow aftercare instructions
• Misrepresentation of health information
• Pre-existing or underlying medical conditions that were not disclosed
• Loss or damage to personal belongings while on the premises
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded under the laws of England & Wales.
10. Changes to These Terms
Momentum Health Clinic may update these Terms & Conditions occasionally. The latest version will always be available on the clinic website
